CANCELLATION POLICY at Health In The Bay
As we are a busy clinic, we do have a cancellation policy in place as your spot is reserved especially for you. We understand that life can be busy, and that appointments sometimes need to be changed. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we would appreciate patients adhere to the following conditions.
- 24 hours notice required for cancellations or changes to appointment times.
- First cancellation – half the normal cost of the booked appointment.
- Subsequent cancellations– the full amount of the booked appointment.
Fees are charged automatically. If you feel you are exempt, please feel free to let your practitioner (or reception) of your circumstances and we’ll judge each scenario case by case.
