Morena comes to us with 10 years of experience, having studied and practiced massage and healing techniques in both Italy and Thailand. She is Diploma qualified, and will soon be registered with all major health funds.
During the next few weeks (starting October 10, 2020), whilst we are doing the usual waiting for provider numbers to come through, we’re offering one hour massages for $90 (normally $100) and 90 min for $125 (normally $140).
Aromatherapy offer – Valid until end March 2020.
Pay $80 for 1 hour of Aromatherapy, normally $120.
This is a beautifully indulgent and deeply relaxing massage using regular massage techniques together with essential oils (made from flowers, leaves and herbs) to promote relaxation, health and wellbeing. It stems from an ancient healing practice using plants and their parts to promote health, relaxation and invigoration. The oils used are customised to the patient and their needs, and improve mood. The oils enhance the sense of relaxation and promote both physical and emotional health and wellbeing.
Sports Massage Offer – Valid until end March 2020.
Pay $50 for 45 minutes of Sports Massage, normally $80.
Whether you are a professional athlete or exercise once a week, we can all have the same injuries and complaints. This massage addresses muscles, ligaments and tendons and can be utilised as part of a training programme or just health maintenance. A sports massage before exercise or an event or race will help prepare your body by lengthening and stretching the muscles and soft tissue, thereby improving flexibility. This has the effect of both reducing the chance of injury as well and maximising your performance. A massage after exercise or a race will help relieve tension in the muscles and improve circulation to promote healing and eliminate toxins in the muscles (which would normally give you muscle soreness). It can also help restore strength and flow and improve flexibility.
